If you prefer to buy your Giving Tree leaf in person or by check, you can print out a pdf form (click on the tree picture for the link) and bring it to our bookstore in the library or mail it the Friends of the Folsom Library, P.O. Box 6448, Folsom CA 95769-6448.
Yes, I would like to order a 'book spine!'
Our beautiful "book spines," small wood or ceramic mini-plaques designed to look like the spines of books, are the perfect way to honor a teacher, an organization leader, a loved one – or even yourself.
We offer two styles: wood and ceramic. The wood spine is engraved with up to 50 letters (counting spaces) on two lines; the ceramic spine is hand-lettered with up to 25 letters. The wood spines are displayed in a bookcase-like frame in the adult wing; the ceramic spines are displayed in the children's wing.
The minimum donation to request a spine is $150. To order spines using our order form below and pay using the donate button to the right, or click the "Get PDF Spine order form here" button and either mail the form with your check to the address on the form or bring the form with your check to the Friends Bookstore in the library.
Giving Tree Update April 2024 We are currently experiencing delays in processing leaf orders for the giving tree. We expect to be delivering leaf orders by Mid-May. Please check back here for updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Yes, I want to support the Friends by buying a leaf on The Giving Tree
To have your name engraved on a leaf and displayed on The Giving Tree next to the library entrance, use the form below or print the pdf form (using the button) and either mail it to us or drop it at the Bookstore. If you want to pay by credit card or PayPal, click on the Donate button (if the credit card information doesn't show up, click on the link near the bottom).
The minimum donation to purchase a leaf is $300. All the money we raise goes to support the library. It is the Friends' fundraising that makes possible most of the free activities the library offers. These valuable programs range from toddler story times to senior assistance and large-print books, and so many in between.
