● INDIVIDUAL LIFE MEMBERSHIP - $100 (one time fee)

● BUSINESS - $50

● FRIENDLIEST - $35

● FRIENDLIER - $25

● FRIEND - $15

PAY BY CHECK: Enclose your Book Spine form and check (if payment is by check) made payable to "Friends of the Folsom Library" and mail to Friends of the Folsom Library, P.O. Box 6448, Folsom, CA, 95763-6448.

You will receive a confirmation by mail of your membership and payment.
